E3 Live Salsa
- 5 large ripe, red tomatoes, chopped coarse or fine
- 3 tbs finely chopped cilantro
- 1-2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and minced
- 2 cloves finely minced garlic
- 1 small purple or white onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt (or Celtic sea salt) (optional)
- 1 small avocado finely diced pieces (optional)
- 1 tbs E3 Live, or 2-4 capsules of E3AFA, or 1-2 tsp of E3AFA crystal flakes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Makes: about 4 1/2 cups
Serves: 8
Almond Milk for E3 Live Smoothies
- 2 cups almonds in water (not tap water), soak overnight
Next morning rinse well, then add 3 cups of water (not tap water).
Place all in blender and mix on high speed 2-3 minutes until smooth and no large pieces.
Pour into cheesecloth bag and squeeze milk into container.
Discard pulp, or use as a base for seed cheese.
Raw Coconut Chewies
- 3 cups of shredded dry coconut
- 1 cup macadamia nuts or cashew nuts, soaked in water.
- 1 lemon
- vanilla extract
- E3AFA dried flakes
Place nuts in blender and cover with water for 1 hour. Do not remove water.
After 1 hour, add 1 whole peeled lemon (seeds removed) and blend nuts, water and lemon on high speed until a thick creamy consistency. Add more water if necessary. Once well blended, add vanilla extract to taste.
Pour nut and lemon mixture over shredded dry coconut and mix well.
Drop by spoonful onto dehydrator sheet and place a generous amount of E3AFA dried flakes on top of each cookie. Dehydrate cookies at 105 degrees until thoroughly dried.
Options: can add cinnamon, hot spice, or any other flavor desired in place of vanilla extract.
E3 Live and H-Minus Power Drink
- 4 oz of pure water
- 1 tbs of E3Liveā¢
- 1/8 tsp or more of H-Minus
- Non-acidic fruit or vegetable juice to taste (optional)
Mix all ingredients and drink immediately. For optimal health results mix with non-acidic vegetable juice in place of fruit juice to avoid unnecessary sugars.
(ie. acidic juices include orange, citrus, tomato, etc.)
“Transitional” E3 Live Smoothies
- 2 frozen bananas (or regular bananas and add ice)
- 1 oz E3Live
- 1 cup pure water
- 1 cup nut milk, or organic rice milk, or organic oat milk
- 3 tbs organic cocoa powder
- 2 tbs unsulphured molasses or agave syrup, or honey
- Optional: 2 oz pomegranate or other concentrated pure juice
This is an excellent recipe, and does not look “green.” Make it for your children or family and talk about advantages of healthy foods often, and what they are. After they have been drinking this for awhile, let them help you make this. You can gradually change and adapt ingredients, leading to more green color showing, maintaining good taste, and hopefully, they, too, will change their awareness and diet to a healthier level!
E3 Live Smoothie
- 1 cup water (for low calorie), or 1 cup fresh almond milk (for protein)
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit, any kind (optional if you want a cold, frozen smoothie)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tbs E3 Live, or 2-6 capsules of E3AFA, or 1-3 tsp of E3AFA crystal flakes
Mix all in a blender and enjoy!
E3 Live Ginger Zing Smoothie
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1 banana (frozen if you want an icy smoothy)
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger root
- 1-3 tbs E3 Live
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
E3 Live Tropical Smoothie
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1/4 young coconut milk and/or coconut meat
- 1 banana
- 1-3 tbs E3 Live
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
E3 Live Strawberry Banana Choco Smoothie
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tbs raw cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup pure water
- 1-3 tbs E3 Live
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
E3 Live Mango Smoothie
- 1 cup mango
- 1/4 cup young coconut milk
- 1-3 tbs E3 Live
- Optional: a pinch of cardamon adds a nice touch.
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
E3 Live Melon and Mint Smoothie
- 1 cup diced cantaloupe
- 1 cup diced honeydew melon
- 1 cup diced seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup of young coconut water (optional)
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup (optional)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1-3 tbs E3 Live
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
E3 Live Vegetable Smoothie
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- 1 1/2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tbs chopped scallions
- 1/8 tbs celtic sea salt
- 1/8 tbs fresh-ground pepper
- Optional: 1/8 tbs hot-peppers of any kind
- 1-3 tbs E3 Live
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
E3 Live Power Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
- 1/4 cup of cashew nuts
- 1/2 avacado
- 1 tbs flax oil
- 1/4 water
- 1 tbs E3 Live fresh frozen liquid, or flake powder
Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly until cashew nuts are completely blended. Enjoy! This is a thick, nourishing smoothie that will stay with you for hours.
E3phyto Dressing
- 1 tsp of E3 AFA dried flake (or you can use 2 Tablespoons of E3 Live instead)
- 1/2 tsp of phytoplankton dried
- 4 Tablespoons of Virgin Stone Crushed Olive oil or Hemp Oil or any good quality oil
- 1/2 tsp of maca root
- 1 tsp of Coconut vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar Organic
- 2 small pieces of chopped burdock root
- 1 small handful of fresh nettles or tsp of dried nettles
- A pinch of cayenne or pinch of tumeric (optional)
- Water for consistency (depending on how thick you want it)
Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly.
Super charge your salad with this dressing, great for athletes building muscle, strengthening bones, tendons, muscles, great for clearing the skin, tastes great.
